Content Licence

This explains who owns your content and the permission you give us to use it. It is part of your Terms of Service.

You own your content. This licence does not transfer ownership. It gives us permission to use your content so BeeLux can work.

What it covers. Your profile, photos, handles, bio, sample content, content made for campaigns, and performance information connected to your profile.

The permission you give us. You grant SocialSnoop a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and adapt this content in order to:

• run and improve BeeLux;
• show your profile and samples to brands so they can decide whether to work with you; and
• promote BeeLux and SocialSnoop, including in our own paid advertising, where we think it helps grow the community. We will use reasonable efforts to credit you.

Brands using your content. A brand can only reuse your content in its own marketing or paid ads if you agree to that as part of a specific campaign. This licence does not, by itself, give brands that right.

Your promises. You confirm the content is yours or that you have the right to use it and grant this licence, that it does not infringe anyone else's rights, and that you have any permissions needed for other people, music or material in it.

If you leave. The licence ends for new uses when your membership ends, but continues for content already published or in active use at that point, for as long as that material stays live.

Law. Governed by the law of England and Wales.
