Gifting Terms
From time to time brands may send you free product ("gifted product") through BeeLux. These terms apply when you accept it.
It's a gift, no strings. You can accept or decline any offer. Accepting a gift does not oblige you to post, film or review anything. If a gift ever comes with specific conditions, those will be made clear before you accept, and you can say no.
You keep it. Unless we tell you otherwise when the gift is offered, gifted product is yours to keep once you receive it. Occasionally something may be offered on loan or for return after an event, in which case we will say so upfront.
Disclosure. You are never required to post. But if you do, you must clearly label gifted content under UK advertising rules (ASA and CMA), for example "gifted", shown upfront.
Faulty items. The brand is the supplier. If a gifted item arrives faulty or not as described, the brand is responsible for putting it right, usually by exchange. Contact us at legal@beelux.app and we will help connect you.
Staying in the club. Gifting depends on goodwill between creators and brands. Because gifted product becomes yours, what you do with it is your choice. But members who consistently resell gifts rather than engage with the brands may be left out of future gifting offers. This does not affect product you already own.
Tax. Gifted product may be taxable depending on your circumstances. You are responsible for any tax due. This is not tax advice.
Law. Governed by the law of England and Wales.
