Points & Rewards

BeeLux points are a way to reward creators. By earning or redeeming points you agree to these terms.

The numbers below are examples only and subject to change. The rates that apply to you are shown in the app when you earn or redeem.

What points are. Points are not money. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be sold or transferred. They can only be redeemed for the rewards we make available.

How you earn them. You earn points on eligible activity, mainly cleared affiliate commissions. Points are calculated only on commissions that have cleared, after the returns window has passed. You do not earn points on sales that are later cancelled, returned or refunded. Example: 100 points = £1.

When they're credited. Because commissions can reverse if a customer returns an item, points are credited only after the returns and clearing window. Example clearing window: around 90 days.

Redeeming. You can redeem points for rewards such as gift cards, provided through a third-party gift card provider. The rewards available may change over time. Example minimum redemption: £10.

Adjustments. If activity that earned points is later found to be ineligible, reversed or fraudulent, we may adjust or remove the affected points.

Expiry. Points may expire after a period of account inactivity. Example: 12 months.

Eligibility. You must be an active BeeLux member, 18 or over and UK resident.

Tax. Rewards may be taxable depending on your circumstances. You are responsible for any tax due.

Changes. We may change the points rate, the rewards available and these terms, and will give reasonable notice of material changes.
