BeeLux Privacy Policy

This explains how SocialSnoop Ltd handles your personal data for BeeLux. We are the controller of your data.

What we collect and why.

• Account details (name, email, login) to run your account.
• Profile, handles, bio and sample content to build your creator profile and show it to brands.
• Audience and performance data to assess content quality and match you to brands.
• Usage and device data to run, secure and improve the app.
• Messages with us to support you and keep records.

We collect this from you, automatically as you use the app, and from public sources and tools that help assess creator profiles.

Sharing your data. Being a member means some information is shared so the platform works:

• with brands, so they can decide whether to work with you (your profile, samples and relevant performance data);
• with our service providers who process data on our behalf under contract (such as hosting, email, analytics, affiliate partners and gift card providers);
• with authorities or advisers where required by law or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal data.

Keeping your data. We keep your data while you are a member and for a reasonable period after your account closes, generally up to 24 months, unless we need to keep it longer to meet a legal or accounting obligation.

International transfers. Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we put appropriate safeguards in place.

Your rights. You can access, correct, delete, restrict and object to use of your data, and ask for portability. Contact legal@beelux.app. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Children. BeeLux is for adults 18 and over.

Changes. We may update this policy and will give reasonable notice of material changes.
