BeeLux Terms of Service

These are the terms between you and SocialSnoop Ltd for your membership of BeeLux. By using BeeLux you agree to them.

Who we are. BeeLux is operated by SocialSnoop Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company no. 15997756), 8 Castle Arcade, Cardiff, CF10 1BU.

Who can join. BeeLux is invite-only. You must be 18 or over, resident in the UK, and have accepted an invitation. You give accurate information and keep it up to date.

Your account. Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share, sell or transfer it. One account per person unless we agree otherwise.

Your membership. Membership is currently free and invite-only. It is a personal benefit, not a right, and does not guarantee any gift, campaign, reward or income. We may introduce paid or premium membership tiers in future, which would be covered by their own additional terms shown to you before you opt in.

You are an independent creator. Nothing here makes you an employee, worker or agent of SocialSnoop. You decide whether to take part in anything, you control your own content, and you are responsible for your own tax and any registrations that apply to you.

Advertising rules. If you post about a brand, product or gift you found through BeeLux, you must follow UK advertising rules (ASA and CMA). Clearly label gifted or paid content. This is your responsibility as the person posting.

Working with brands fairly. Where we introduce you to a brand through BeeLux, you agree not to deliberately route that relationship off-platform to cut us out. This does not stop you working independently with brands you already know or find yourself.

Other terms that apply. Some activities have their own terms that sit alongside these: the Gifting Terms, Content Licence, Points & Rewards Terms and Acceptable Use Policy. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle your data.

Ending membership. You can leave at any time. We may suspend or end your membership, or limit features, if you break these terms or misuse BeeLux. Where fair, we will give notice and a chance to put things right, but we may act immediately in serious cases.

Availability. We work to keep BeeLux running well but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free, and we may change or withdraw features.

Our responsibility. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not responsible for the products brands supply, the content you choose to post, or your tax position.

Changes. We may update these terms and will give reasonable notice of material changes.

Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
